Lindsey Graham to President Obama: Step it up!

Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day for moving forward immigration reform. Grassroots leaders from across the country are meeting with the White House tomorrow and Senators Lindsey Graham and Charles Schumer are meeting with President Obama tomorrow at noon our time.

Politico reports that Senator Graham has a message for President Obama: “The President needs to step it up . . .One line in the State of the Union is not going to do it. ”

Graham’s interview echoes the call from immigrant leaders at a nationally televised press conference on Monday where they asked the President to lead on immigration reform.

Let’s take Graham’s call to Obama to "step it up" as clear direction that we all need to take action:
