Located in Tacoma, FHCW is a nonprofit agency dedicated to ending illegal discrimination through the provision of fair housing education, outreach, and enforcement services to the residents of Western Washington. FHCW concentrates on complaint investigation and advocacy, education, information and referral, and policy and planning.
